Hall temporarily closed for ongoing restoration work. The works are being moved for the new museum layout. 

While we are awaiting restoration work to begin on this wing of the museum, this small space is currently being used to present novelties at the Gallerie such as new acquisitions or works on loan or recently restored. Currently the room houses Giorgio Vasari’s Allegory of Hope, brought back together with the figure of Judas in the original composition of the panel, which comes from the ceiling of the Ca’ Corner-Spinelli. The ceiling, which has finally been pieced together in its entirety, will soon be reassembled in the new halls of the Gallerie.
